Nelson Named Centennial Coach of the Year; Bugarinovic, Corbett Named All-CC
The Johns Hopkins men's basketball team placed two players on the All-Centennial Conference Honorable Mention team and head coach Bill Nelson was honored as the Centennial Conference Coach of the Year. Freshman forward George Bugarinovic and sophomore guard Daniel Corbett were selected to the honorable mention team as one of three schools with at least two players named to the All-CC teams.

Men's Basketball Weekly Notes
The Johns Hopkins men's basketball team is back in the playoffs and will host Washington College in the First Round of the Centennial Conference Tournament at Goldfarb Gym. Tip off is set for 7:00 pm as the Blue Jays battle the Shoremen.

McCarty Named Third Team Capital One Academic All-American
Johns Hopkins men's basketball senior Tim McCarty has been named to the 2012 CoSIDA/Capital One Division III Academic All-America Third Team as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) on Tuesday afternoon. It is the second straight year that McCarty has earned the honor, as he took home third team honors in 2011 as well.
