DeBoy Named To CC All-Sportstmanship Team
Washington College senior guard Mark DeBoy has been named to the Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team for winter sports. This is the first time DeBoy has been named to the squad.

Breslin Repeats As First Team All-Centennial Selection
Washington College senior guard Kevin Breslin has been named First Team All-Centennial Conference for the second consecutive season for men's basketball in a vote conducted by the conference's head coaches. This is the third straight year that Breslin has been earned all-conference as he garnered a spot on the second team in 2009-10.

Blue Jays Hold Off Shoremen To Earn Home Playoff Game, 71-67
Visiting Johns Hopkins got a team-high 18 points and a game-best 13 rebounds from George Bugarinovic as the Blue Jays held off host Washington College, 71-67, on Saturday afternoon at the Cain Athletic Center in Centennial Conference men?s basketball action. The Blue Jays improve to 15-10 overall and 11-7 in the conference, while the Shoremen drop to 13-12 and 9-9 respectively. It was the regular season finale for both squads and the two teams will meet in the CC Tournament First Round game on Wednesday night in Baltimore.

Nugent, Flanigan Interviewed by ESPN for Upcoming Cory Weissman Feature
The inspirational story of Cory Weissman, the Gettysburg basketball player who returned from a stroke to score the only point of his collegiate career last Saturday, will be featured on ESPN's College Game Day on February 25th. As part of the story, ESPN interviewed Washington College head coach Rob Nugent and freshman guard Sean Flanigan today about their roles in a truly heart-moving tale.

Shoremen Lose Heart-Breaker, but Clinch Playoff Berth
Trey Harry hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer to lift visiting Ursinus over host Washington College, 77-75, in a Centennial Conference men's basketball game tonight inside Cain Athletic Center. Despite the loss, the Shoremen (13-11, 9-8 Centennial) clinched the the last remaining berth in the upcoming five-team Centennial Conference Tournament thanks to Muhlenberg's 70-61 win over Haverford tonight.
